I didn't build Rooted & Glow because it was a good idea. I built it because it's who I am. 25 years in the game, a whole lot of lessons, and one thing that never changed: I show up, I find a way, and I bring people together.

Who We Are
Rooted & Glow isn't a program, nor is it a class. It's a community, one meant for people who have realized the value of their potential.
We're here for the entrepreneur who has a goal but doesn't know how to get there, the career-builder ready to progress but hasn't found the incentive yet, the creative who has too many ideas and too little time, looking for a place to land. This is that place.

We run a selection of hands-on workshops where you work rather than listen. You leave with something real: a plan, a comprehendible number, your first step. No matter who you are—an entrepreneur, a career builder, anyone wanting to grow—we’re here to get you to progress.

We have three workshops where you can improve yourself by collaborating with creative minds. Have a plan but don't know how to execute it? Trouble managing your finances? Don't know where to start? We can help.
Where We're Headed
Now, we open opportunities primarily to adults who are realizing their potential, but this is just phase 1. Phase 2 integrates youth entrepreneurs into our collective. The earlier one learns that growth happens with union, the better. Phase 3 brings retirees who aren't done contributing, they're just looking for the right room. Everyone deserves a community, no matter where they are. We're building one.
